All products available on our website — including downloadable PSD files, Lightroom presets, video tutorials, guides, overlays, and all other digital training materials — are digital goods. These are delivered instantly via download link or account access immediately after payment. Because of the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded, accessed, or opened, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. This is a standard policy for most digital content, as there is no way to “return” a file once it’s been delivered.
That said, we understand that certain situations may arise where a refund request is reasonable and fair. Our goal is to treat every customer with respect and handle all requests thoughtfully. If you believe there has been an issue with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting us directly.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
– You accidentally purchased the same product more than once (i.e. duplicate orders made in a short time frame).
– You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented you from downloading, accessing, or using the files — and our support team was unable to fix the problem after attempting to help.
– The product was clearly misrepresented in its description (e.g. the contents are materially different from what was promised on the product page, or the preview images/video do not match what you received).
– There was a billing error, such as an incorrect charge on your card for a product you did not authorize or receive.
In all of these cases, we ask that you send us a message at info@world-around.world within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a brief but clear explanation of the issue. Screenshots or other supporting materials may help us process your request more quickly.
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:
– You changed your mind after purchase or expected different content than what was clearly described.
– You didn’t realize the product was digital and were expecting a physical item.
– You purchased the wrong product by mistake, but already accessed or downloaded it.
– You are unable to use the product due to lack of experience or necessary software (e.g. Photoshop or Lightroom), unless the product was incorrectly labeled or missing compatibility information.
– You didn’t download the product during the refund window, and are requesting a refund after the access period has expired.
We do our best to provide accurate previews, screenshots, detailed descriptions, and clear information about compatibility, software requirements, and included files. Please make sure to read all product information carefully before making a purchase.
